CrankyNerds Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction: This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all CrankyNerds services ("Services") and is incorporated by reference into CrankyNerds's Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms have the meanings set forth in the Terms. By using the Services, you agree to the latest version of this AUP. If you violate the AUP or authorize or help others to do so, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Services.

2. Prohibited Activities: In using the Services, you shall not engage in, facilitate, or further unlawful conduct. This includes, but is not limited to:

   • Transmitting, distributing, or storing any material that infringes any copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any party;
   • Conducting phishing activities, spamming, or distributing malware;
   • Participating in fraudulent activities, including impersonating any person or entity or forging anyone else's digital or manual signature;
   • Conducting any activity that disrupts, threatens the integrity, operation, or security of any Service, any resources on our network, elsewhere on the internet, or the internet connection itself;
     or, engaging in activities or behaviors that threaten, harm, or disrupt CrankyNerds' network, systems, or infrastructure;
   • Violating the privacy rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, collecting and distributing information about Internet users without their permission.

3. Repercussions for Violation: If you violate this AUP, CrankyNerds reserves the right, without limitation, to:

   • Suspend or terminate your use of the Services;
   • Remove or modify the offending material;
   • Take any other actions as CrankyNerds deems necessary and appropriate, up to and including legal action and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Reporting Violations: If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you will immediately notify us and provide us with assistance, as requested, to stop or remedy the violation. To report any violation of this AUP, please use our contact page and provide a clear description of the issue, any evidence you may have, and your contact information for any follow-up communications.
